    What a fabulous experience. The food was so tasty and fresh. We loved watching Clay cook and teach us along the way. Great conversation and mingling with our guests. Everyone raved at what an incredible experience this was. I would definitely recommend Chef Clay Smith. We cannot wait to do this again.
