Greco Fitness Hamilton

I cannot speak highly enough about this fitness studio! The circuits are methodically planned out so you hit your workout goals, the trainers give a lot of one-on-one attention so you feel like you're getting a personal training session but are motivated by everyone else around you also going hard!

As a member of Greco's for over 5 years, this is by far the best location I've been to. The studio is well layed out, always clean and meticulously kept, the change rooms have everything in case you forget anything (think deodorant, hair elastic, etc), and everyone knows your name! You're also always greeted by an espresso!

My favourite feature is the Evolt 360 scanner - to get real measurable results and metrics to track your success.

If you want a real gym, that coaches you and pushes your to the next level, rather than being yelled at on a treadmill with little attention, you've got to try Greco! The value is unmatched!

Great Staff and workout routine. I can feel the difference. What's great about Greco is that you are in and out within 40 minutes and after leaving you know that you didn't waste your time waiting on workout machines or wondering whether you used the equipment properly. When I make a mistake the trainer corrects me right away about form. For someone who wants to see results quickly this is the way to go.
