They know their product line and are willing to go out of their way to advise and recommend alternative products. The inventory of product is wide ranging and the yard is easy to manoeuvre my truck and trailer. This business has never disappointed me. Keep up the great work guys! Bill

(October 4, 2018, 4:59 pm)Alicia and Tim are the inside customer service representatives. They provided an excellent shopping experience. They both were well informed about the product and relayed that information in terms of colour ,size and availability, as well as pricing in a professional manner. they made me feel like they wanted my business. on the other hand the yard person Frank was less of a positive experience. he was short and generally not pleasant to deal with even though it was for a short time. I understand people have bad days but you cannot relay that feeling to your customers. I work for a 7 Billion dollar a year company that survives on our customer service levels. Size doesn't matter customers have other options to do their spend.
