(December 19, 2018, 2:24 am)I purchased a pre-owned Volvo S60 a year ago from Hamilton Volvo. My first Volvo. My experience with the sales dept. (Terry) was excellent. Thorough explanation of car details, all questions answered, smooth and comfortable purchase process, excellent follow-up.
I have had the same excellent experience with the service department on more than one occasion. Always greeted pleasantly and by name! Kyle and his service staff listen to the customer and work to please.
Concerns dealt with, questions answered, work done in a timely manner, costs similar to past experiences with car maintenance. Follow up phone calls to make sure I am satisfied with the service. Kyle was very obliging, very fair and helpful when I had a couple of unusual mishaps with my car this year! Much appreciated! Thanks for making the service experience a positive one!
(November 26, 2018, 12:47 am)I purchased a used vehicle from the team at Hamilton Volvo and was really impressed with the whole experience. Jeff, Dino, Michael and the rest of the team were professional every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure the car I purchased was in tip top condition. After agreeing to the purchase, and while going through a final inspection, they noticed the need for a somewhat costly repair which they took care of without hesitation. I know lesser dealerships and used car lots would have tried to band-aid it, but these guys are first class and not only fixed it, but did so timely and professionally. Jeff, the salesman who I worked most closely with , spent a good hour at delivery walking me through every piece of tech, assisting with setting up phone and bluetooth audio, and just generally caring for me as a customer to make sure I was aware of everything the vehicle had to offer. I encourage you to see these guys without hesitation. Thanks again for the great service and great deal I received from everyone at Hamilton Volvo.
