Mr. Joey Bourassa Steeves just happen to see us at Campmart when we entered the premises. As we wanted to purchase a trailer which suited our family he showed us the trailer we liked and went through the details of the trailer. He was very polite, courteous and patient.When the documentation was done he took his time to go through minute details of the process. My wife, myself and our children were very pleased with the whole process. I ha recommend all my friends and relatives to see Joey if they ever visit Campmart to purchase any items related to trailers. If anyone happen to go to Campmart Hamilton I will strongly recommend to see Joey who will make you very comfortable and take good care of you with your needs.

My partner and I just bought our first trailer a couple weeks ago from Camp Mart. We are in loveee with our trailer and the price was very good, but the communication could have been better. Our sales rep Collin was super amazing to deal with and he was so helpful and easy to get ahold of. However once we started dealing with the general manager we found it was kinda hard to get ahold of him and we felt like he was too busy to make us a priority. I understand they are very busy right now but it was kinda unfortunate that we felt like like that, and had to chase people down to get answers. Other than that though everything else was great!

I called the store and talked to Melissa. She set me up with an appointment. When I showed up to see Colin it was like I knew him he was very helpful and any questions he couldn't answer Greg came came in the office to assure me and answer all the questions I had . Greg has a really good sense of humor. Thanks to Colin and Greg I'm very happy . I cant wait for them to open back up to stop by and see my new Grandriver luxury 18Bh .
