Frank's Tires helped me out in a bind and unfortunately the tires didn't end up working out, but I'm happy with the service for the price paid.

The shop service is fast; could be friendlier, but at the same time, affordable service with fair business practices is worth giving business to.

They offered me a more than fair solution to my problem and while my first experience with them was marred by things out of control, I'll be happy to continue doing business with them.

Had the exact tire i needed in a pinch. Only shop in the city that had one. Called at 8am, truck rolled outta their shop by 9. Outstanding.

Frank is always my place to go....prices are fair and service is always top notch. Sam is one of the most knowledgable sells associate that you'll find.

They do not book appointments here. I work shifts and value my time, so this does not work for me.

The taller of two main guys is very friendly. I've seen the other one lose his cool with customers kind of quick. There is a really nice kid who works in the back, he put my center caps on improperly -- dinged one with the rubber mallet and chipped another. I wasn't worried with that. The wheels never came off, so... two thumbs up.

No frills shop and prices were fair. But I had to take my business elsewhere for convenience of appointments and similar pricing.
