Bought a Viper alarm with auto start for a Christmas gift. The owner of Gain, Jay, spent a lot of time explaining everything to us and did not sell us stuff that was not needed. The girl that works there was also very helpful in explaining things. The system was installed after Christmas and they did an excellent job. When we picked the truck up, the installer took the time to show us how the system worked and answer any question we had. The customer service is beyond excellent and the staff are totally awesome and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Gain on Barton Street, Hamilton.
