(March 6, 2020, 12:21 am)Full circle has been a wonderful place for my foster sister, who lives with a disability, to thrive. The environment is positive and upbeat. They fill the days with a variety of creative activities for all abilities. I am thankful for the way the owners keep up communication and clearly show they care for each individual.
