Great price on some computer parts. Got a video card here that was defective out of the box (not their fault), and returned it for a replacement. Zero issues with the return, friendly staff, and actually got an upgraded model (open box) for only $5 less because it was on sale. Quite happy with the customer support I received.

your services. Visited the store today for their grand opening,great experience specially one of the sales guy Aby and one of his manager, took their time in that busy time to explain how their price beat works and patiently did the due diligence. Hats off guys and keep up the good job.

This is now my go to place for computer products. Went in to buy a video card and the sales guy went above and beyond to help make sure I got the best deal and meet computer needs. Prices were very reasonable and with knowledgeable staff this is the place to go.

Oh my. It's about time you came to Ontario. I used to shop at the Calgary SE store. What wonderful staff. Although Hamilton is a bit far for me, I look forward to you expanding . Congratulations and all the best!

First off let me start by saying, FINALLY, a Memory Express in Ontario! They have great prices, a great price beat policy they willingly honour with no hassles, and in all honesty THE most knowledgeable staff who genuinely want you to exit their doors a happy customer!

If you're unfamiliar with their brand, you owe it to yourself to make it a point to visit their lone Ontario store at least once to make your own judgment - trust me, you won't be disappointed! They're way better than,"the other guys", and have friendly and knowledgeable staff. The west no longer has this hidden gem to themselves, and I can't wait for them to start their expansion into the GTA.

A special shout-out to both Hayden and Darren! Corporate, if you're reading this you need to be aware of the amazing customer service these two provided me with. I never felt rushed, nor did I feel like a nuisance with my many questions. I'm willing to bet that the success of this location will be due to these two, as I came in their to pick-up two components for my rig, and ended up buying the remaining four components I needed to start building. The last thing I will be buying is an ultra wide monitor - hopefully, that 49" Sammy - which I've no problem taking the 45 minute drive to purchase from this store, all because of their exceptional customer service!

Great job guys, and I'll see you once I've convinced the wife that a 49" ultra-wide monitor is a need!
