(October 12, 2019, 2:15 am)was able to return an item I bought at a different store in a different city because it wasnt working properly. Great staff got me an exchange for a newer version that was more expensive and still didn't charge me the difference
(September 29, 2019, 7:44 pm)Factory Direct is, as its name suggests, a wholesale outlet for new and refurbished electronics and housewares. Usually very good value and selection is hit and miss based on these deals. New advertisements with fresh deals each week. Buyer should be made aware that all sales are exchange or store credit only. No cash refunds. Staff is generally very friendly and knowledgeable.
(May 28, 2019, 8:56 pm)Great store. Have bought lots of items. Unfortunately return policy stinks. Be sure you buy what you think you are buying. Once they have your money....it ain't coming back. Having said that; some good deals to be found. New store is great!
