(July 22, 2019, 1:20 pm)Used this service to get myself to Mohawk College down in Stoney Creek. Has made much improvements since I used to commute. But still much more is needed for a fast growing city.
Drivers are usually pretty friendly and helpful.

The pro: It satisfies the impatient students and busy areas and the price for all types of fare media is decent.
The con: I recently contacted their customer service line about a recent issue I had with transfers to burlington and the lady on the other end was not helpful.
I also have a suggestion: the ends of several lines need better connections. For example, a direct route should be made between Ancaster, Dundas, and Waterdown
