“Long line up outside but a staff was outside coordinating the line-up and sharing queue tickets. Getting inside, their services were fast and staffs cordial. I went to get new license plates and was attended to by ‘Shivam’. He was fast, friendly and helpful. His supervisor who came to help in the process too had a great attitude.
