(February 4, 2019, 5:02 am)Great park for many things, but people love the waterfront trail. Check it out in the early fall, when the leaves are turning, especially in the afternoon around 4. Magical!
(December 28, 2018, 4:09 am)Love this park! So spacious with well-kept grounds. They also have a fun, family-friendly Canada Day celebration every year with great activities, music and fireworks. A little overcrowded with geese though, so you have to watch where you're walking a lot of the time or you'll step in geese poo!!
(November 5, 2018, 10:06 pm)A great walking destination, even in winter as the paved trails are maintained, you have unobstructed views of the bay and lots of wildlife to take in; you can spot an assortment of birds here, from American Coots to swans.
Once had trouble with loose dogs here, but seems Animal Control thankfully patrols this area more often. My favorite time of the year to go is winter time where you can get some really interesting shots of the ice. Bring your camera -- you never know what you might see!
(September 14, 2018, 10:55 pm)Awesome park worth checking out all year round. Fun for fishing/ice fishing, boating, exploring or even go hang out and spend an afternoon. There's also bike trails that will take you to towards other amazing locations. If your lucky, you'll even catch one of the fun random events that happens there ????
(September 14, 2018, 5:14 pm)Love this park! There is more than ample parking so come one, come all! There is a beautiful little “lagoon” in which you can watch a variety of wildlife and birds in the area. Swans make their home their and usually can be found with a new little family in the spring time. Nice place to walk around, usually a food truck or ice cream truck pulled in when it’s summer time.
