Great park. Cool cannons. Great looking old school architecture.
Beautiful park, I went on a guided tour of the castle then went for a stroll around the park. Plenty of awesome views of the lake, nature and even the railway system downhill. Worth the visit especially if you are coming to see Dundurn castle and hearing how the whole area is connected historically and presently too.
Great historical site! The guide was extremely knowledgeable. It made for a great tour
I toured Dundurn Castle (actually it is a 45 room villa) when it was restored in 1967. Still a great place to visit, and to learn about Lower Canadian history. They added 4 new rooms since my first visit.
One of my favourite places to visit. The history of the park and Dundurn castle is very interesting. Beautiful grounds looking over the lake. Lots of free parking! The garden tour is full of beautiful flowers. Lots of places to sit and relax. A must see in Hamilton
