Seriously tough to mess this up. Ice cream parlour located at a popular place for outdoor activities. No competition in sight so like I said tough to mess up. Good selection of ice cream flavours and sizes. Plenty of outdoor seating, with fantastic views of the lake and public rink. Nice place to relax or take kids. Plenty of free parking.

I went to Bayfront for a bike ride with my wife, a couple times and came across this ice cream parlor attached to the same building as Williams. The first time we went in was because it was hot outside and we needed it bad. The ladies behind the counter were a tad rude and impatient but when we finally got the order the cones were pretty good and the ice cream was was great. The second time we went we had a great experience, the ladies were much more friendly though the ice cream was a little freezer burnt.

Overall this is an okay parlor, hit or miss on both customer service and quality. I wouldn't say I recommend this place but hutches really isn't much better....

This place is located on the Hamilton waterfront, which is a great setting. When we went in, the place smelled of lysol, there was a long line up (20 minute wait), and it was quite loud indoors with kids shouting in a somewhat sterile echoey room. However, they have nice outdoor seating, 20 different tasty flavours made by Hewitt's Dairy, the prices were fair and portions are big.

The ice cream is to die for I tell you. You would pray for summer not to end. Very creamy. You get more than your value's worth in quantity.

Generous serving of ice cream but way more money to spend for people cost me $40
