Marlene bent over backwards going the extra mile helping 4 of us get the best deal for the UK. Multiple problems occured with cancellations by the airline who then offered a refund. The issue was trying to navigate through Air Transats system to submit for the refund. Marlene took this on for us which saved us much frustration and time. Thank you Marlene.
