(April 15, 2018, 7:11 pm)Started going to Trina’s Classes after my little one turned three months. She assessed me and gave me amazing tipster help keep perspective before starting my journey to regain my strength post pregnancy.
The stroller classes are amazing and convenient to bring little ones. A really positive and supportive environment with one heck of a total body workout.
But my favourite are the kids free classes, adults only!! As a busy mom this is the time I take to focus on myself and my fitness goals.
Would recommend to any woman looking to achieve their fitness goals

I highly recommend Fit4Females - Stroller Fitness, Cardio Booty Camp and More for any mom's looking to get out and get active! I love that the team leaders are always happy to demonstrate modifications for those who need it! #Fit4Females

These women are fantastic. I have never felt so welcome at a gym. The classes will adapt to your level and bring you forward. Trina and Erika have tons of good advice and tricks to make you feel better. Bonus: my kids can come with me and they love it as well.
