(August 26, 2016, 4:12 am)I just pop in without notice from Singapore. And without hesitation Kru & his team of fighters treat me as one of theirs and invited me to train with them.
If you are in Hamilton, and loves to work out in a MMA gym, you should come to this gym. It is also good to know that Kru is the cut man for UFC in Canada.
