(July 10, 2018, 1:52 pm)Love this place! Classes are pretty flexible and Shanyn will work with you according to your level/skills. Shanyn (along with the other instructors) is very patient and will believe in you, even if you don't! So glad I found SASS.
(January 8, 2018, 7:56 pm)We recently went to Shanyn for a bachelorette pole dancing party at the Niagara on the Lake location and we could not have been more impressed! Shanyn was amazing and so much fun. She made us all feel comfortable and encouraged us, which we loved! I would highly recommend Shanyn, she is amazing!!!
(July 24, 2017, 3:44 pm)This was my first time trying pole fitness and I had such an amazing and fun time! Our instructor Laura was so sweet and made everyone feel comfortable and kept us smiling the whole time. The moves we were taught were for beginners but were also challenging which was great! Would definitely come back again.- Thanks again!
(June 29, 2017, 2:05 am)SASS has become my second home! I fell in love with this sport because of the focus that Shanyn puts on the fitness elements of this art form. I am constantly achieving new skills and finding new challenges to take on. I feel that this studio has helped me become a better version of myself. I have gained so much confidence since starting pole and I can't picture my life without SASS!
I find everybody at the studio very encouraging. They are always willing to throw out a few pointers to help you get that move that you've been dying to do.
There is so much more I would love to say about SASS, but I could go on forever. If you think you might enjoy pole fitness, you have to try a class at SASS!!
