  An incredible shopping experience. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery is a 3rd party, but the gentleman who do the deliveries have very fair prices, and do an excellent and efficient job. My microwave had a small defect and was exchange without issue. Strongly recommend shopping here as it’s very professional and you’ll be hard pressed to find better prices.

  Great prices. The sales person Donna was very helpful and not pushy at all and very knowledgeable. We were just looking at prices of kitchen appliances and we will most likely make a large purchase there in the future. And I will repost another rating at that time. There was no pressure to purchase at all. I recommend this store

  A wonderful shopping experience when you don't like shopping! Came with the measurements for 3 appliances and the very knowledgable and friendly staff made great suggestions. We purchased, paid for and picked up all in the same day :)

  I just recently purchased a Maytag range and we were very pleased with the help we got from the people at Ourr Home & Appliances. They were knowledgeable and there was no pressure. Both Angie and Donna were a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly recommend this store to anyone looking for appliances.

  Deals for days, extremely friendly staff! I was promptly greeted as I walked through the door, offered knowledgeable help and genuinely felt I was in a place that had my best interests on their mind. They were able to answer all my questions, and even pointed out features I didn’t know existed!
  
  Every item was reasonably priced, with a great selection and a constantly evolving showroom.
  
  Thanks to all the staff who went above and beyond for my needs, and I will be returning next time!!
