“I love this credit union, but this branch is just sad. They open at 930 and there is always a line of people waiting. Often the door doesn't unlock till after 930. They always count the atm at opening, so there is never more then one teller open during this time. Their computer systems often have problems with tellers logging in causing further delays. I have brought these issues up with the branch manager multiple times to no great success. I run a business downtown and must be there quarter to 10, if I need to buy change I have to be here and in line at 915 in order to guarantee I will make it to work on time. Whenever possible I bank with the branch in Brantford, although due to my working hours it is hard. If it wasn't for the Brantford branch I would be switching credit unions due to the frustrations of the Dundurn branch”
