I had a much better experience this time than on previous occasions. I was returning an online order so that I could repurchase it at a lower price and the lady who helped me was fantastic. I will definitely give in-store shopping another try before buying online.

Clean store, helpful staff. Just wish they had more of the online items that Mississauga store gets, certain products that were brand new and advertised online never even made it in store, even months after being online. And I personally like to see the shoes in person and try them on. Shoes I purchased look higher end than some very expensive brands I've seen, and were a lot more comfortable. I will be buying more online because I love Aldo style, it's always very on trend and prices are amazing. Still waiting to see how quality holds up over time. Staff also gave us extra discount, so only good things to say about my experience here today. I have been here a few times in the past and they are often busy so likely won't approach you like other shoe stores and are single customer focused which isn't always a bad thing but not always good for people waiting around while someone talks in detail about shoes or their personal life ????. Still it's one of the few shoe stores I like that can give me trendy shoes without breaking the bank.
