It is always busy and the smell can be a bit much, bit what would you expect from a scented candle and soap store. The staff is generally helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My wife loves their selections and I always find some extras for stocking stuffers at Xmas for my family.

Awesome store. I go there quite often with my daughters who just love it in there. The staff are more than helpful (if that's a thing) and are very knowledgeable about the products they offer. When I'm shopping for my wife I like to get new scents for her to try as well as getting her favourite and usual items, getting the help i need is key. There are many people there to help at all times and usually greet you at the door. The store is always busy which tells you how good their products are.
