He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend him to all ages from children to the elderly.

(May 20, 2019, 5:00 pm)Amazing eye doctor!! Not only do they give you great care, they are also so nice and funny. It’s actually fun to go there. Dr Rulh is so nice and funny! I’ve been going to see him since I was six. It’s a great atmosphere and the staff are amazing!
(February 15, 2018, 9:09 pm)Dr. Ruhl is SUPER personable and knowledgeable and the staff are so awesome, welcoming and friendly! For someone who has hated eye exams in the past, I would happily go see Dr. Ruhl and his team any day. :)
