I found she really takes her time. With her patients. And explains everything throughly. So you understand.
We were referred by our general Dr. They got us in with in 2 days. We came in very nervous about a finding with my daughter. Dr. Thompson and her intern Dr. Andrea were amazing so kind and very thorough. Explained many things to us and made me and my daughter feel less nervous. I would deffinately recommend them.
Physicians are very thoughtful and caring.
Operationally speaking this place needs a lot more work. Not answering phones (and limited times at that) and not being able to leave voicemails does not make for good communication between this office and its patients. The website may offer the ability to send a message to staff but they also don't respond to these either. How on earth do you run a clinic if you can't communicate with your patients?
