Elizabeth is a wonderful, resourceful, compassionate physiotherapist. Cathy is a kind and welcoming receptionist. They both make me feel special. I highly recommend CBI. ❤️❤️

I had to come here for a physical to complete requirements for a new job offer. Matt from CBI was friendly and helped me work through all the steps in needed to do. Additionally it's a fairly modern facility which is nice.

I have so much respect for Elizabeth, she is the best physiotherapist in the entire world. Sometimes I even drive 1 hour just to keep her as my therapist. She is so conscientious, efficient and knowledgeable in what she does. I avoid going to any doctors or therapists from my anxiety but she is something else. Someone who knows how to deal with stressed and anxious people. I have been dealing with her for the past 5 years and let me tell you that she exactly knows where my pain is coming from and deals with it.

Came here for Physio after breaking my collarbone in March. The team of the Matt’s were amazing as they spent a great amount time and effort to get me back to work full time and most importantly back on my mountain bike!
