“I'm going to start of fist by saying, wow, nothing but customer service excellence. From the moment you walk in there, you are greeted by the most friendliest receptionist in the world. You will feel right at home as he asks if you need a water or tea while you wait. The wait however is never long since they have always been on time with all our appointments so far. The place is so clean, great parking and just a breath of fresh air located down town Stoney Creek. They offer a variety of healthcare options and treatments and are all professional in their fields. The email and/or text reminders are so helpful, glad they offer that. Very pleased that we decided to go to Hudson Integrative Healthcare! I am so pleased to say that my husband and I are clients of Dr. Patricia! Actually thrilled we found out about her. She is friendly and courteous, she makes us feel comfortable, fully answers all our questions, listens to our concerns and addresses her plan to help. I don't understand the discord about this practice or this team. Everything at our intake appointment was explained on how this practice was run "as a team" of professionals. “A past injury that was never taken care of was spotted on the rugby field in 2018, physio therapy was done and surgery was the solution to fixing my shoulder. While waiting for surgery physiotherapy was done constantly, the Sport Medicine Experts really took care of me. Sessions were productive and staff were super friendly, they helped boost my moral and positivity about the upcoming surgery. After surgery they were all their for me when I say all of them I mean all of them. They were super positive after the surgery assuring me that things were going to be ok, pushing me to go out of my comfort zone and that lead to tremendous progress. The suggested recovery time was 9 months and about 6 months in I was basically good to go. The whole process couldn’t have been done with out them. I would highly recommend them their professionalism, friendliness and their quick thinking got me to where I am today! Thanks guys!”
