A deer hit my van and had a lot of damage to it.

They did an amazing job of making it look like new.

So I brought my Acura up from Bowmanville because I've heard great things about Carstar Bancroft. Cory looked at the whole car and said somewhere between 1500 and 2000 for the work to make it look new again. Took pictures and said he'll let me know in a day or two the actual estimate. It came in at 1280.00, I gave the go ahead and dropped the car off. Said it would be a week or two. Called me 4 days later, the car was done and it didn't need as much work as they thought, new total is now 1000. Unbelievable, it was ready early and under budget. So pleased with there work that I brought my summer convertible up for a refresh. Highly recommend these folks. Great work, on time and great price.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Kept me up to date and available to answer any questions. Excellent work on repairs. Would definitely go there again. I'd say original small town service with all the bells. Truck was shiny clean and they even cleaned the inside. Excellent customer service!

These guys fixed our RAV4 after a pretty bad fender-bender. They did a remarkable job, you would never know anything ever happened. The staff here is friendly, professional, and maintains excellent communication with the customers. The repairs were done ahead of time and the quality of the job is superb.
There was also some tidy up of my interior which was not necessary but I certainly appreciated it.
