Called about a week ago regarding a slow leak in the front passenger tire. They squeezed me in that afternoon, found the tiny leak and fixed it up quickly. Friendly service, and very affordable too! So while I was there I inquired about a metallic rattling sound I'd been hearing and expressed worry that it was the exhaust system. On the spot they did a thorough check underneath, and then around the vehicle, testing various components for looseness or "give". With a keen eye they noticed other work I'd had done (suspension) and reported that it looked like quality parts and work. The exhaust system was said to be in fine order and they noted the rattling was probably from a loose brush grill mounted on the front of the car. No charge for this inspection and feedback!! Needless to say, I'm going back there next week to have the brush grill tightened up and will consider this shop to be my "go to" place in Bancroft!

I drove 30 km to see Bill from my cottage with engine light on. He quickly went through possibilities narrowing problem down to spark plugs. Changed spark plug connector wire and advised me about future work once I got back home. Very friendly and explained issues clearly.

Actually seemed to care about having my car serviced & returned to me in a timely manner. They Also seem to be the only shop that are capable of services to BMW in the area I'm aware of. Shop Rates are very reasonable as well...
