My sister and brother in-law hired Alair homes again because they and their family have also hired them over the years and they all know how exceptionally great they are. I am writing the review because I was living in the home where they were working while sis was away. Bill and his assistant Derek were absolutely skillful, communicative and always available for any questions. In fact there were a few times where they just went that extra mile just to help me out. They made sure to consult us for every decision and when minds were changed, they were more than happy to shift direction! I really was blown away to see everything come together so well. All the contractors from the tilers to the carpenters to the painters were adept at the work they had to do and everything was finished with complete care in the time arranged time frame. If I ever have a home built or renovated you can bet I would call Alair homes!

I have used Alair’s services on more than one occasion and I have found that Brendan approaches each project as if he is the client. He understands what is needed and knows how to get it done in the most effective and efficient way. His communication is stellar – always thorough and spot on with the right answers. It is always a pleasure to work with him. I give him/them my highest recommendation.

After purchasing a home near Stirling last year, we discovered our attached garage has some pretty serious structural issues. Being new to the area, we didn’t know who to call or where to start. After calling several other places and not hearing back, we called Alair and the call was directly answered by Brendan Troy. Brendan was friendly, understanding of our plight and very knowledgeable. He followed up right away and visited us on-site in a timely fashion. He made great recommendations and connected us with some excellent people who will help us fix our issue. We worked with Brendan to capture a recent renovation project of his for a 130 year old farmhouse. The project came together beautifully and we were honoured to capture the end results. We spoke with his client while we were there as well and they were thrilled with the project and how it came together! From what we understand, Brendan's process is 100% transparent and clients always have access to the costing on their project.
