“I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Rosebush Heating & Cooling twice in the last month. Both times they were fast and efficient. Renee in the office is a gem. She understood the urgency in both situations and took action and got me same day service , one for a commercial property and one for a residential property. After 2 other company's had failed to find the issues in both cases , one company even suggesting a new furnace as the cost of repair would be worth just replacing a 15 year old unit, Jeff came into the business and in 20 min had my furnace up and running with a $200 part and I'm pleased to say 2 weeks later I have had no issues with no heat, the service I received that day lead me to my call today for a home with no heat- a company( different then the one we called previously) at Christmas charged over $400 to come out to tell us everything was working fine and left , we have had intermittent heating issues since and today I finally called and had Jeff come out after yesterday's replacement of a thermostat did not fix the issue , Jeff came and in no time found the issue- a rouge wire in the wall was affecting the thermostat. Total cost if my service today was $125.00 All I can say is if you are looking for fast, honest, reliable and knowledgeable service look no further do yourself a favor and call Rosebush first”

He communicated throughout the whole job so nothing was a mystery. The weather was pretty cold (around minus 25 for a few days) and he came on the weekend to finish what couldn't be finished due to the weather. 2. Very trustworthy, his quote reflected the end price. 3. Quality of the work was amazing. I never had a garage floor that looks this nice. It was exactly as I wanted. To me it seemed like he cared about his work because throughout the job he followed up to ensure It was to my liking. 4. I used credit card to pay for the work and it was through email. “We had some major house renovations done by Mark and the team at Done Right Carpentry over the course 4/5 weeks in 2022. From their personal and involved first visit, walk-through, detailed explanation and project quotes, through the full experience over the next month+ of having them in our home, Mark and his team were exceptional. We had them do many jobs, from tearing out and widening entranceways, opening up stairway entranceways, and installing decks in our backyard. Creating a custom in-wall closet/drawer/bookshelves, reconstruction of closets, complete upgrade of the laundry room, retouching up walls and repainting throughout. Mark and the team always were very professional, easy to have in the house, did not leave any messes, and were extremely conscientious of quality and always looked to ensure their work was done efficiently and actually saved us money through their recommendation to us for selection of work and products. We are getting them back later this year to do more work (flooring, bathroom, fencing, etc. ) It took us 5 years to find the right team. It was worth the wait. We have recommended Done Right to our close friends, and many neighbours within our area have also had them do extensive as well as smaller jobs in their homes. At least a dozen that we know of. Every single person/ family who has worked with them are extremely pleased. We highly recommend anyone looking for any work that needs to be done on their homes, offices, farms, etc., make sure that you include Done Right when you consider getting quotes for work.
