Great service, but more importantly, the service team work to solve your car's issues in the most cost effective way possible, while maintaining high standards of repairs. I trust them implicitly after my visits to the service department. Thank you to the complete service department team!
I have had 3 repairs done under warranty with Bay Mazda, as each one has happened during the summer when I was at my cottage. They are friendly, extremely helpful, and very accommodating. My husband also purchased his latest car from Bay Mazda. I highly recommend them for either purchasing vehicles or for service!
Overall great experience of booking a service and getting it done fast and smoothly. Rates are competitive compared to GTA locations. Friendly employees. Only thing which I would like to add to it, for all my previous services at Mazda locations they always check battery health, if they would have done that here as well I might have felt more satisfied with my vehicle check.

Hands-down, the best experience I’ve had buying anything ever! I needed to buy a car very quickly, I was not intending to purchase new and had no time to shop around or do any research. Having only gone to the dealership yesterday I am now home with my brand new CX-5 and I am totally in love with it. I’ve even named it Toby after the terrific sales consultant I dealt with. I am blown away by the service that Mazda offers. I cannot thank the team enough for making this purchase so easy in a very difficult time. ❤️
Recently bough a new car from this Mazda dealership and had a great experience. After going to a different dealership and being turned away with no options for purchasing on-site or ordering a vehicle, we called Bay Mazda and they had lots of vehicles on the lot for purchase including the model we were interested in. They saw us day-of and provided us with a test drive and time to sit with a sales associate, Matt, to discuss purchasing which was great.
When we finalized the sale we ran into difficulties with trading in our current vehicle, and one of the managers Aidan and finance associate Kaycee were extremely helpful and accommodating in helping us sort out the trade-in on short notice. Toby was also excellent at showing us the features of our car when we got it and offered for us to come back if we wanted to turn off or on any of the features. He also booked us in for an oil change before we left which was convenient. We live in Kingston but will be returning here for services when we can as they have a great team here.
