Fantastic. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Bayview and have not had an issue. Everything went smooth each time. No complaints.
Today I bought the second car through Bayview (1st in 2015). I dealt with Amanda (the Finance Manager) and Jerry (the sales rep). Both guided me through the process and made it quick, easy and painless. Their professionalism is top class. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and its staff to anyone looking to acquire a car.
I had some issues with my Pacifica, which Bayview handled right away. Took a bit of time to get it worked out, but that's what a used vehicle does some times! In the end I am a happy camper.
I would recommend Bay View Auto over and over again. Lee is absolutely phenomenal to deal with. Amanda in the finance department is wonderful. They are the definition of customer service!
