Most facilities are amazing. Gardening is exceptional. Marinas need much improvement in service and facility care. Drunkenness allowed at pavilions chasing boaters away. Illegal fishing in fish nurseries and bylaw no fishing zones go un challenged. Allowing of illegal boats using facilities. Garbage dumping left around. Restaurant users urunating in the sinks and vomit left in sinks. Harbour weeds causing boats to get stuck. Dead fish and garbage left to float in the harbour water. Poorly trained staff that don't know how to help skippers of large heavy boats dock. All while staff sit in their office. Causes a constant exit of boaters to other marinas. Boaters pay big $ to dock their and their needs should come first!

Great job maintaining the parks.

Love the flower displays very imaginative. But wish the bee near the Bay bridge could have been mounted a little higher.
