Yes, just to say that I spoke with your Prince Edward County rep, Andy Saturday morning and he took 1/2 hour out of his Saturday to walk me step by step to fix a water problem that I was experiencing. His service was 10/10. His suggestion worked and it took the stress out of my weekend. I'm grateful! If I ever need some water equipment, I will be using your service. Doug Thompson

Called Culligan as our water pressure had dropped significantly and we were told by a plumber that it was our water softener. Andy came out to the house and diagnosed the Tannin Filter System(which had been bypassed for the last 2 weeks in order to increase the water pressure) was the issue not the water softener . He tested the water and saw no reason at the moment to replace the Tannin unit as the water showed no signs one was needed and that our current softener was operating properly.

The professionalism and integrity of this man and the Culligan organization was a breath of fresh air in what seems to be a world of deteriorating customer service and ethical business practice,

This summer we were faced with extremely high level of sulphur that was getting worse by a day. The previous small company could not resolve the issues. I contacted the Culligan Team and was lucky to meet Andy. Not only he was prompt in answering to my call but he shared with me his expertise and knowledge and recommended some changes and discussed with me all options with related cost. Following his initial visit and our agreement how to proceed, the Culligan team came in, did some equipment replacement that fits with some of the previous and solved all issues.
Andy was most amazing, trusting and reliable representative of his company and simply the great person to deal with. Absolutely recommend with 5 stars.
