I've always had good experiences here. Rick does a good job working out prices and sets up my new phones. They don't always have a case for the newest phones but he's helped me find them elsewhere. For price and service Fido has been the best and I've tried them all.

Fido customer for 2 years now. The staff at Belleville Quinte Mall have always been upbeat and helpful. Particular thanks to Tanya for going above and beyond to ensure that I fully understood what we were doing as we upgraded my phone.
