Pil was an amazing
We had Phil and he went above and beyond to help both myself and my husband. Absolutely wonderful person to assist us and answer all question we had!
I was visiting my parents in Belleville when I decided to inquire about a new phone at Rogers inside the Quinte Mall.
Chris, the store manager was super helpful and after reviewing my current phone plan, he even recommended a different phone plan where I would actually saved money and received more data.
Unfortunately, since I wasn’t the primary contact on the account Chris was unable to assist me. Instead, Chris took the time and wrote out all the details about the phone I wanted and the changes we would need to make to the phone plan. Chris even provided his cell number should we run into any issues.
The next day, my husband and I visited our local Rogers where sure enough the person behind the counter wasn’t aware of the promotion. We called Chris who got everything sorted out with our local store within minutes.
Chris went above and beyond. The fact that he provided his cell number and answered it on a Sunday afternoon speaks volumes for his dedication to customer service. We truly appreciate his outstanding service and that he took the time to find the best phone plan for my husband and I. Chris was truly a pleasure to deal with. My husband and I will be making the drive to Belleville the next time we need to upgrade our phones.

Just wanted to recognize an especially amazing experience tonight. For 4 or 5 years now once a year I take my dad (in his eighties) to load up more minutes on my mom’s cell phone senior flip phone they don’t even sell anymore there. Each year my dad spends $100 for a years worth of minutes that my mom rarely uses because the phone is really just for emergencies. This year we were greeted by Nicholas I think was his name (fitting for Christmas) who very kindly called the service for my dad and had them “top up and carry over” which I overheard him say to the person on phone that they really aren’t supposed to do. We were expecting to then pay the usual $100 plus dollars but were told that we actually were able to carry over minutes from last year and NOT PAY ANYTHING! WOW!! I can’t say how touched we both were by this kindness and thoughtfulness , which earned the salesman zero commission but impressed me and my dad tremendously!! Rogers you have an extraordinary employee at this store! And I will tell everyone I know about this wonderful experience!! ❤️
We showed up an hour from close with lots of questions and services to be done. Stephanie was absolutely amazing, and answered all our questions and even calculated the cost of different plans to allow us an informed decision. We kept her well past closing time and she didn’t try and rush us, and ensured that we were leaving without anymore questions or concerns. Big thanks to her and the rest of the team for doing what you’re doing.
