Personally I have nothing but great things to say about their homes. The structural layout of our place is intuitive and thoughtful. The air/ furnace/ ventilation of our home is also very thoughtful and effective in its purpose. The touches are so so nice. They are clearly striving to make a very good home and they have one very happy customer in me.

Duvanco homes has been exceptionally well though out from the selection process till the end we had great support from their side.
There wasn’t a lot of upgrades we had to add because it was already included as standard
I have been living in a Duvanco home for the last three years and could only found minor issues
I highly recommend them over any other new home builders in belleville
