“I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Rosebush Heating & Cooling twice in the last month. Both times they were fast and efficient. Renee in the office is a gem. She understood the urgency in both situations and took action and got me same day service , one for a commercial property and one for a residential property. After 2 other company's had failed to find the issues in both cases , one company even suggesting a new furnace as the cost of repair would be worth just replacing a 15 year old unit, Jeff came into the business and in 20 min had my furnace up and running with a $200 part and I'm pleased to say 2 weeks later I have had no issues with no heat, the service I received that day lead me to my call today for a home with no heat- a company( different then the one we called previously) at Christmas charged over $400 to come out to tell us everything was working fine and left , we have had intermittent heating issues since and today I finally called and had Jeff come out after yesterday's replacement of a thermostat did not fix the issue , Jeff came and in no time found the issue- a rouge wire in the wall was affecting the thermostat. Total cost if my service today was $125.00 All I can say is if you are looking for fast, honest, reliable and knowledgeable service look no further do yourself a favor and call Rosebush first”

He communicated throughout the whole job so nothing was a mystery. The weather was pretty cold (around minus 25 for a few days) and he came on the weekend to finish what couldn't be finished due to the weather. 2. Very trustworthy, his quote reflected the end price. 3. Quality of the work was amazing. I never had a garage floor that looks this nice. It was exactly as I wanted. To me it seemed like he cared about his work because throughout the job he followed up to ensure It was to my liking. 4. I used credit card to pay for the work and it was through email. “Was very pleased with this company. Came out same week and was the most reasonable price around for attic insulation blown in. They respected the home and put carpets down and watched hitting the walls. Explained what I needed to know and took the time to empty out things in attic others left behind up there before filling. Was -30 out unfortunately when had it done and pump was by front door and pipes had froze so had to shut furnace off. They were great, had someone come right away and got the lines cleared of ice and furnace back on and running again. Definitely recommend as they were great to deal with. Good to know there are companies still out there that care of their customers happiness. Thanks for great service and I will be calling you for any future insulation needs.”
