Shawnda has been excellent mentor! She has been assisting me with my recovery from my life altering event and with rehabilitation of my achilles rupture. I am happy to come twice a week to the workouts and she is a lot of fun! The variety of the workouts has been challenging in a great way and encourages me to gain strength, work hard and reach fitness goals towards recovery and losing weight. Working out with Shawnda at Get Kinnected Fitness has been a true gift. I routinely attend the barre and reformer classes and lost 10 inches in just 5 weeks. It has transformed by body and changed my life! I feel stronger, more flexible and have more engery than I have in years. I love my bi-weekly training sessions with Shawnda. She is so knowledgeable, encouraging, professional and fun! I have been training with Shawnda for a number of years and it never gets ‘repetitive‘. Keeping a routine, with Shawnda’s guidance, has been critical to both physical & mental health.
