(January 20, 2017, 3:13 pm)I see Amber Irwin for massage therapy at Mindful Movements. She is the best!!! She always manages to straighten out my knots and I always feel better than when I came in. She is very thorough and mindful of your medical history. I've learnt a lot of tips on stretching and holistic ways to improve my well-being from Amber. Thanks so much, would highly recommend.
