I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Rosebush Heating & Cooling twice in the last month. Both times they were fast and efficient. Renee in the office is a gem. She understood the urgency in both situations and took action and got me same day service , one for a commercial property and one for a residential property. After 2 other company's had failed to find the issues in both cases , one company even suggesting a new furnace as the cost of repair would be worth just replacing a 15 year old unit, Jeff came into the business and in 20 min had my furnace up and running with a $200 part and I'm pleased to say 2 weeks later I have had no issues with no heat, the service I received that day lead me to my call today for a home with no heat- a company( different then the one we called previously) at Christmas charged over $400 to come out to tell us everything was working fine and left , we have had intermittent heating issues since and today I finally called and had Jeff come out after yesterday's replacement of a thermostat did not fix the issue , Jeff came and in no time found the issue- a rouge wire in the wall was affecting the thermostat. Total cost if my service today was $125.00 All I can say is if you are looking for fast, honest, reliable and knowledgeable service look no further do yourself a favor and call Rosebush first
Brian has been very professional with right solutions for the issue. Took time to figure out the problem and fixed perfectly. I will sure call him again.
Update: I have used Rosebush twice now and both times were good. I contacted another rival company and they ensured me that they could not fix my AC or my furnace and that both needed to be replaced. Rosebush charged my AC no problem and it worked for the season. Next season, it wasn’t working again so they determined I had a small leak and sealed it . It worked all that season and the next season after a whole winter outside it worked flawlessly so the sealant worked. $500-$600 in repairs saved me a several thousand dollar AC replacement for now.
The other companies straight up lied to me to make a sale. Rosebush didn’t.
We woke up and tried to turn the heat up to daytime temperature. The furnace didn't come on. Called Rosebush and they were here within the hour and fixed everything for less money than the last callout (from a different company) charged for just looking at a different furnace in another unit. Very impressed.
