Ryan Williams, Bay of Quinte MP

I came looking for help when I had hit a major road block with trying to get my children's indigenous status card applications processed properly. I had attempted for over a year to get help from the call centre and investigation processes, but after dozens of calls and open investigations was no closer to resolution.

I can't begin to say how thankful I am for the entire staff's efficient and compassionate assistance I recieved. A definite special shout out to Ingrid, who went above and beyond in helping in the most understanding and supportive way!

Within only a handful of days, the problems were fixed and applications being processed correctly!

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone experiencing similar issues, with applications and issues they may need assistance with, reach out.

My experience was great. Everyone is really polite and helpful. Every time I call, they provide proper information. Once I had to visit there and had hard time to find office in building. So, I girl came on main door of building and helped me. They deserve 5 stars.

Mrs. Reid in MP. Ryan Williams's office has been a great help with my application for parents sponsorship immigration. I felt frustrated by the delays of immigration office and contacted Ryan Williams' office as my friend suggested. Mrs. Reid replied almost instantly and warmly assured me that she'd contact immigration office and transfer my files. Now My parents received their e-PR card and are happily staying with me. I don't know how longer I might have to wait without the help from our MP office and Mrs. Reid. I came to this office because of the help they provided my mother with getting her pay for being off work taking care of my father whom had a stroke. My mother did not get any money for 5-6 months, In 3-5 days she had it in her account.

Myself, as a single father for 6 months now, with 2 children, I was not getting CCB for my children.
I know with the help MP Williams office staff in Trenton and Belleville this matter will get resolved.
