“I get my massages here from Victoria and she is absolutely incredible but I am also here to sing the praises of Andy who is starting hypnotherapy at this practice this winter. I was incredibly fortunate to do two hypnotherapy sessions with Andy who helped me identify the behaviour I wanted to target and then worked with me to come up with a mantra and goal I would stick to. Then when we went into the hypnotherapy Andy was so positive and encouraging and supportive. Her voice was so calm and relaxing which just added to the already great experience. I would highly recommend anyone do this even for just the experience but if you’re looking to target something specific or something more broad even I would highly recommend Andy. “If you are looking to get CPAP equipment or supplies InspiAIR are great to deal with, they take the time to explain all about the equipment and how to use it and have great follow up. They were recommended to me and I am so glad that I decided to call them for an appointment. They have a very professional knowledgeable friendly staff that spent about one hour explaining all about the equipment and how to properly use it and fitting the proper mask.
