Beautiful neighborhood and location. Houses are all very unique, no two look the same. Colours and exterior finishes/designs are what sets this apart from other builders. The lots and location would be very hard to beat. Very knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. We had been watching this development for a while and took the plunge in Sept. 2020. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Ended up with a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, triple garage bungaloft beauty !! Looking forward to spending many great years in this home.

This has been a great developer to work with so far. The salesperson we are dealing with is super knowledgeable and easy-going. We never felt pressured in making our decision, and he is always keen to answer our questions with an honest response. Good luck to anyone going through the process at Youngs Cove. We are happy with our choice.
