Had Geoffrey come to do a WETT inspection and he arrived in record time and did a very thorough inspection. He made the home buyers feel very comfortable and I would highly recommend his services!

Geoff was a delight to deal with. Professional, on time (early, actually), and did a whole home and septic tank inspection. He even took me around to explain things while I was there and give suggestions on items that weren't red flags but could use a better fix in the future.

His report came a day later and was quite thorough with many pictures, details and further explanations of what inspectors are normally looking for versus what he found.

I absolutely would recommend using this company again.

Geoff is thorough, knowledgeable, and prompt! What more could you ask for? He is very familiar with the area and all of the various trades in the neighbourhood, so when he sees the installation was done by someone he is familiar with, he can comment on if it was installed or built well or not. He answered all of our questions and his final report was very detailed.
