“Absolutely AMAZING work. My husband owns a plumbing company & I ordered a few different items with his logo to surprise him with. All of the pieces that were ordered turned out beautifully. The detail was perfect! We have always used vinyl for his logo which never lasted, after one wash the vinyl would crack and look awful. Embroidery is a much better option. Not only is the quality much better but Jessica & Cassie of J&C Embroidery are amazing to work with. They were quick getting the order done and took so much care handling the items. The pricing is great and the service they gave is enough alone to want to continue working with them! I even asked for an add on last minute - to add wording under the logo of the sweater and they happily did it no questions asked. They are extremely kind and considerate. All of the clothing is very comfortable and durable. My husband immediately loved the work and asked to place another order for more. We will be sticking with them for all of our future orders. They offer so many different items and the embroidery gives his work clothes more of a professional look! 10/10 recommend!”

“Called about a week ago regarding a slow leak in the front passenger tire. They squeezed me in that afternoon, found the tiny leak and fixed it up quickly. Friendly service, and very affordable too! So while I was there I inquired about a metallic rattling sound I'd been hearing and expressed worry that it was the exhaust system. On the spot they did a thorough check underneath, and then around the vehicle, testing various components for looseness or "give". With a keen eye they noticed other work I'd had done (suspension) and reported that it looked like quality parts and work. The exhaust system was said to be in fine order and they noted the rattling was probably from a loose brush grill mounted on the front of the car. No charge for this inspection and feedback!! Needless to say, I'm going back there next week to have the brush grill tightened up and will consider this shop to be my "go to" place in Bancroft!”
