Awesome ice cream. This is a great place to stop for a rest and a snack. They have two flavours of lactose free ice cream now! They no longer sell frozen yogurt unfortunately. There are washrooms inside. If you only want ice cream you can order it outside.
Also ...There is a food truck outside.

Huuuuge ice cream cones!!!!! At a surprisingly low price. A lot more ice cream than what I expected. And, many, many flavours that I haven't seen for a long time. Real ice cream that stays cold longer and melts slower than quick serve. If you order a "huge" cone, don't forget to ask for a cup so you don't feel rushed get through it--it's big!!!
Oh yeah, and great service too. Don't worry if there is a line up, it moves fast and by the time you have decided what you want, you'll be at the front.
They are open until 9pm until late in the summer, and then until 8pm in the fall. Definitely worth the stop.

We stopped in right after dinner and there was a huge lineup. The servers were extremely quick so we didn't wait long. Portions are generous. The baby cone for $5 is more than enough!

Great ice cream and even though it was very busy they had enough staff on hand that were obviously well trained. The line went very quickly. We always stop here on our way home from Ottawa.
