Visited Salon Eleven for the first time today. Very impressed with the atmosphere and friendliness. Moe did an amazing job on my hair and I will be happily returning. Will highly recommend to anyone!

Thank you so much to the staff at this trendy salon. I flew in from Cape Breton for my daughters wedding and was on a tight budget. The staff worked with me and got my hair to the exact colour I needed it to be. They are very professional and understanding people. Just be upfront of your expectations and your budget. My hairdresser Alex is amazing! She takes her time and knows what she is doing. She has a forever client! I love the atmosphere, everyone is friendly and I love there product choices to buy.

They did a great job. Only thing to be aware of is pricing. When I booked my appointment I wasn’t told that they didn’t have time to do my full head of foils so they did half and was told the next appointment to do full head then I looked at pricing . I would of made sure they had time to do full head it would of saved me quite a bit. Also didn’t know I would of needed toner until after hair was coloured so extra cost I wasn’t expecting as well. After phone conversation with Alex she did say we should make the customer aware of this which would be brought up in next meeting which is greatly helpful going forward for their clients but didn’t solve that I have to pay double the price on my next visit because it was not presented to me.

Jazmine cut my hair into a fresh modern style. I left the salon feeling well pampered! Thank you Salon Eleven!
