Roger was very helpful over the phone and Rob came out to the boat to diagnose our issue and delivered a new battery for us. Since we came by boat and didn’t have a car that was a great help. “Needed a new battery for my car. I called around and some parts stores didn’t have my battery size and couldn’t even order it in. There were 2 places that could order it but the prices were ridiculous. These guys had the most reasonable price in town and installed it for me too for well under the cost of just the battery at the other places. Great customer service too. Had an excellent cup of coffee while waiting and some good conversation. Definitely recommend them.”

“Found only a few employees who had great customer service while a few others had terrible customer service. Tried to give the wrong price on the GM discount (which we had to point out) also tried to charge us for the extra package with oil changes after throwing it into the deal and also did not put the badges on the car but left them in the glove box after charging for it in the price which I only found out when I tried to run into the closest dealership to have them put but it had already been billed to GM and not done. The buying process was easy though and so was pick up. Not a terrible experience but not as well as it could have been..”

I've attached the before and after photos and the work is absolutely flawless. Looks better in real life. On picking up the vehicle, it was washed and cleaned inside and out. It actually looked like I had just bought it new from the dealer. Of note, the weekend following the repairs, which included a bumper replacement, I had travelled to Montreal and someone side swiped by bumper causing superficial scratches.
